Hi everyone,

AWESOME JOB TO EVERYONE WHO HELPED WITH THE BAKE SALE! Thank you very much. Whether you baked, volunteered during the sale or helped set up/clean up, I really appreciate it. As you've heard, we made $590 to send to "Give Kids the World."

I  hope you're having an awesome day. As most of you know, this Saturday following mass is Trunk or Treat. It is a really fun event with a great crowd. This year we're serving hot dogs in the pavilion so your kiddos will have something to eat before they indulge in a lot of sugar. Following Trunk or Treat, the Jr. YG will have a short update meeting, review our gratitude project and do a character activity and game. It will be about an hour long. PLEASE let me know if your child will be attending the meeting. I understand you're busy, so a simple "yes" or "no" would be fine.

Reminder of upcoming events. I will need you to let me know if your child is participating in these events as well (but not yet) :)

May 11, 2016

Hi everyone, I want you to know that I am praying for all of you.
I pray the rest of the school year is successful and safe for you and your children. I pray that the eighth graders who received their confirmation know they have me for support and help ALWAYS! I pray that as they enter into high school and the HS youth group; that they remember their church family cares for them and Jesus loves them very much. I pray for the summer to be fun and safe for everyone.
Please mark your calendars for the following:
Bridging Ceremony for the eighth graders--June 5th at the 10:30 Mass with lunch to follow. Even though this is for the eighth graders entering into the HS YG, I'd like all the Jr. YG members to sit together in the front two pews at Mass and join is for lunch. Please RSVP as soon as you can and let me know if you'll be joining us. I'd like a response from everyone. (Jenny will you please add this to the bullentin for the weeks of May 28/29 and June 4/5).
VBS-June 23, 24, and 25th from 6:00-8:30. Please plan on participating or helping with VBS this year. This is a great time for the upcoming 8th graders to get Confirmation hours and bless the younger children of our Parish. Please contact Nicole Schroeder at 330.612.0766. or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Jr. Youth Group family picnic--July 7th from 5:30-7:30 at the church pavilion. Let's get together and have some fun. We'll have games, prizes and food.

I ask that everyone continue to pray for Deacon Bob. We pray that his arm is healing properly. Please pray for Father Bob and that he has a wonderful and safe vacation.

Take care and enjoy the remainder of the school year.

God Bless you,
Carla
